GALLERY: Rolls-Royce Supports Pratt Institute With Custom Car

In partnership with Pratt Institute, Rolls-Royce recently hosted an unveiling of a new vehicle, the all-new Rolls-Royce Wraith ‘Inspired by Fashion.’

The star-studded event took place at the IAC Building (NYC) right before a special Pratt event. The event, Pratt Presents: Women of Influence in the Business of Style cocktail reception and panel discussion, featured Maria Cornejo, Melisa Goldie, and Tracy Reese.

Michelle Lusby of the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Design Team and Eric Shepherd, President of Rolls-Royce North America were both on hand to introduce the extraordinary vehicle which includes silk upholstery, the trademark Wraith starlight headliner and hidden umbrella holders.

Giles Taylor, Director of Design for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, commented, “This iteration of Wraith provides a canvas for materials and finishes most commonly associated with the world of fashion. Inspiration was sourced from international catwalks and Bespoke Tailors, resulting in an aesthetically stunning and sartorially on-point motor car.”

Special guests included socialite Olivia Palermo who set up an exclusive photo shoot with the car.
