When the original Porsche Boxster first dropped in 1997, it was an instant hit. The latest iteration ain’t no slouch either.  Longer, lower, wider and carrying less weight, the 2013 Boxster has also become faster but what else would you expect from Porsche?  The Boxster is awfully pretty, too.  Even the rear view mirrors have been relocated to improve upon the overall Porsche aesthetic as well as reducing wind noise.  Ready for some sun?  The Boxster can retract or deploy the power convertible top in nine seconds and, more important, it works at speeds up to 31 mph, thereby reducing the need to pull over before you can soak up some rays.
